Self Isolating or want to volunteer to help your community

Pontlliw and Tircoed Community Council are working with Pontarddulais Partnership to help identify people in our community who are self isolating. If you are self isolating or know of someone who is self isolating please contact us or Pontarddulais Partnership. See the attached leaflet for further details
